Abstract: A gantry crane for a container includes a portal main frame, a traveling mechanism, a translation mechanism, a hoisting mechanism and a spreader assembly. The spreader assembly includes a spreader body, two telescopic girders and a drive assembly. The drive assembly includes a cam, a sliding way and two sliding blocks. Two arc-shaped first sliding grooves are circumferentially provided on the cam. A middle of the sliding way is rotatably connected with the cam. Two sides of connection of the sliding way and the cam on the sliding way are provided with a second sliding groove. Each sliding block matches with the first and second sliding grooves, and can slide back and forth along them. The telescopic beams are slidably connected to the spreader body, and are symmetrically provided and connected to the sliding blocks, respectively.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for arranging parallel maintenance lines for railway wagons, including: (1) obtaining design information of the parallel maintenance lines; (2) initially designing the parallel maintenance lines; where the maintenance lines comprise a disassembly line and an assembly line parallel to each other, and the disassembly line and the assembly line are connected through a track; (3) establishing a multi-objective mathematical model for solving a parallel maintenance line balancing problem, where the multi-objective mathematical model comprises a first model for minimizing the number of workstations, a second model for minimizing an idle time of the workstations and a third model for minimizing the number of maintenance resources; and (4) obtaining a feasible solution using an intelligent optimization algorithm.

The pressing and stretching structure comprises a telescopic rod, a rotating mechanism and a guiding cylinder which is arranged vertically; a radially telescopic pin is arranged in the guiding cylinder and stoppers are arranged at a lower end; a first annular lug boss and a second annular lug boss are arranged at an interval from top to bottom on an outer wall of the telescopic rod; a sliding bush is sleeved between the first lug boss and the second lug boss; and the rotating mechanism is used for making the telescopic rod and the guiding cylinder to move relatively so that the limiting rod on the telescopic rod reaches the positions of the lower end surface and the upper end surface of the stoppers.

Abstract: A stirring device and a household dough mixer. The stirring device includes a rotating plate, an annular sliding plate, a stirring rod, a rotating disk, a main motor, a deceleration device and a transmission assembly. The rotating plate is provided with a groove. Opposite inner sides of the groove are both provided with a sliding slot. The annular sliding plate is provided with an opening, and arranged inside the groove. The stirring rod is arranged on the annular sliding plate. The rotating disk is connected to the annular sliding plate, and is connected to an output shaft of the main motor. The deceleration device is arranged between the rotating plate and the rotating disk. The transmission assembly is arranged between the sliding slot and the rotating disk. The rotating disk rotates to drive the annular sliding plate through the transmission assembly to reciprocate along the sliding slot.

Abstract: A two-stage method for a double-row intelligent layout of a workshop based on multiple constraints. The minimum logistics cost function of the double-row intelligent layout is established as the objective function, and the constraints of the function model are established at the same time, to generate the LP model. The initial population of facilities is generated, and the fitness value of each individual in the initial population is calculated according to the LP model, so that the fitness value is used as the current optimal solution. The individual in the initial population is continuously optimized by using the VNS and PMX technologies, and the value of the objective function and optimal sequence of the optimal solution are updated by using the elite retention strategy.
