    Abstract: The present invention discloses an active intelligent wellbore pressure control system, which includes a ground multi-parameter online monitoring system (86), a rotary blowout preventer (1), a wellhead back pressure compensation manifold, an automatic plugging material filling device (62), a drilling device, an MPD intelligent control system (87), a remote monitoring and control system (88), and a high-precision hydraulic calculation system (105). The present invention provides a wellbore pressure control thought of “plugging and control integration”, improves the pressure resistance of a formation by circularly plugging while drilling, realizes active control of a wellbore pressure, effectively broadens a “drilling safety density window” of the formation, reduces the requirements on the pressure control precision of a wellbore pressure control device, solves the problem that a conventional MPD technology cannot deal with the situation that the “drilling safety density window” of the formation is extremely narrow or even zero, and expands the application range of the MPD technology.

    Abstract: A controllable downhole drilling and completion tool separating device and their method of use are provided. The device includes an upper mandrel connector, an outer sleeve, a claw clamp sleeve, a claw clamp locking ring, a mandrel sleeve, a lower connector, a piston ring and a pressure bearing ball. The upper end of the lower connector is on the outer side of the upper connector in a sleeving mode. A first annular cavity is between the lower connector and the upper connector. The piston ring is on the outer side of the upper connector in a sleeving mode and located in the first annular cavity. The claw clamp sleeve and the outer sleeve are sequentially arranged on the outer side of the upper connector in a sleeving mode. A second annular cavity is communicated with the first annular cavity and formed between the claw clamp sleeve and the upper connector.

    Abstract: A device for preventing abrupt blockage in blooie line of gas drilling includes a sand-storing tank body, which is connected to a rotating blowout preventer through a guiding tube, and a guiding three-way joint is set between the guiding tube and the sand-storing tank body and connected to a blooie line by a vertical guiding tube; the sand-storing tank body is connected to the blooie line by means of a gas discharge tube; a flap plate assembly is arranged at the position fronting straight onto the guiding three-way joint inside the sand-storing tank body, and configured to control the rock particles in the guiding tube to enter the sand-storing tank body, preventing blockage in the blooie line. The device can effectively solve the technical problem that the process of gas drilling for oil-and-gas exploration and development is prone to abruptly block the blooie line.
