    摘要: A method of manufacturing an antenna including: forming an integrated assembly that is configured with a core, a bobbin disposed around the core and having a flange, and a coil disposed around the bobbin; supplying a liquid filler material into an inner space of a case, the case having an opening; inserting the integrated assembly into the inner space of the case via the opening before or after the supplying of the liquid filler material; closing the opening with the flange; concentrating the liquid filler material toward the flange in the inner space; curing the liquid filler material after the concentrating so as to form a cured filler material; and fixedly supporting the integrated assembly within the case via the cured filler material at a position directly adjacent to the opening of the case.

The coil is configured with a tight winding portion and a loose winding portion. The tight winding portion is provided between one bobbin side and the partition. The loose winding portion is provided between the other bobbin side and the partition. The loose winding portion is configured with a first winding layer and a second winding layer. A wire winding direction of the first winding layer is opposite to a wire winding direction of the second winding layer so that the wire of the first winding layer and the wire of the second winding layer cross and overlap to each other along part of the bobbin member.

    摘要: An antenna device including: a core formed by a magnetic material; a terminal attachment unit which is arranged on one end side of the core and concurrently, which is provided with an opening portion of penetration-state; a coil which is arranged on the outer-peripheral side of the core and concurrently, which is formed by winding a conductive wire; and at least a pair of terminal members which are attached to the terminal attachment unit and concurrently, which are provided with a chip-support-piece portion positioned at the opening portion and concurrently electrically connected to an electronic component while being equipped with aforesaid electronic component having a chip-shape, wherein for the chip-support-piece portion, there is provided a positioner which carries out the positioning of the electronic component.
