摘要： Provided are methods, compositions, food and beverages, food and beverage additives and kits comprising probiotic microorganisms and uses thereof for treating or preventing a condition caused by eating a cruciferous vegetable or legume in a subject in need thereof. Further provided are compositions comprising an effective dose of an organism within the order Clostridiales and a carrier, wherein said microorganism is present at a concentration of from about 1 to about 10% wt of the total composition.
