摘要: A navigation attachment for a manually guided instrument which is designated for the surgical and/or therapeutic treatment of a body and/or for implementation of a diagnostic procedure on the body is provided. The navigation attachment includes a fastener adapted to be fixedly connected with the instrument; at least one image pickup unit, including a device to determine a distance between the navigation attachment and a surface of the body; wherein at least three distances are usable to represent a position (x, y, z, t) of the instrument and/or a front section of the instrument in relation to the body or to a component of the body. Further, a navigation procedure is provided.
