Abstract: The present application provides a galvanometer motor and a LiDAR. The galvanometer motor includes a rotor assembly, a fixing structure, and an angular position sensor. The rotor assembly includes a shell, a rotating shaft, and a magnetic pole. The fixing structure includes a stator assembly, a mounting sleeve, and a base. The mounting sleeve is partially located inside the shell and partially extends to the outside of the shell through an opening. The mounting sleeve is movably socketed with the rotating shaft. The stator assembly is mounted on the outside of the mounting sleeve inside the shell. The stator assembly is used to generate a rotating magnetic field for driving the magnetic pole to rotate.

Abstract: The present application relates to the field of beam scanning technology and provides a galvanometer motor and a LiDAR. The galvanometer motor includes a stator assembly, a rotor assembly, a tunneling magnetoresistance sensor, a first magnet, and a second magnet. The stator assembly includes a housing and a stator body, while the rotor assembly includes a rotating shaft, a rotor magnet, and an angle limiting member. The rotating shaft is rotatably mounted in the housing around a first shaft line, with a gap between the rotor magnet and the stator body. The rotor magnet rotates around the first shaft line under the magnetic field of the stator body. The tunneling magnetoresistance sensor can map the limited angles formed by the first angle and the second angle into finite position codes.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a galvanometer motor, including a stator, a rotor, and a sensor board. The stator includes a housing and a drive coil mounted inside the housing. The rotor includes a rotating shaft and a galvanometer lens. A pair of radially magnetized magnetic poles are at the middle of the rotating shaft, two ends of the rotating shaft are rotatably mounted inside the housing, and one end of the rotating shaft extends outside the housing and is connected to the galvanometer lens. The sensor board is fixed on an inner wall of the housing and is at one end of the housing farther away from the galvanometer lens. The sensor board is mounted with one or more magnetic sensors configured to sense a magnetic field signal generated by the pair of magnetic poles, to obtain absolute positions of the rotating shaft and the galvanometer lens.
