    摘要: A phase-control switchgear includes a circuit breaker, a phase difference detection unit, a storage unit, and a circuit breaker control unit. The phase difference detection unit detects a phase difference between voltages of a specific phase (U-phase) of buses to which three-phase generators are respectively connected, at a plurality of time points. The storage unit stores the detected phase differences. When the three-phase generators are out of synchronization, the circuit breaker control unit estimates a breaking time point at which the phase difference between the voltages of the U-phase of the buses will be in the range of not less than −80° and not more than 80°, based on the phase differences at the plurality of time points stored in the storage unit. The circuit breaker control unit opens the circuit breaker to break a current at the estimated breaking time point. This makes it possible to suppress a transient voltage generated between electrodes of the circuit breaker after the current is broken.

    摘要: A phase-control switchgear includes a circuit breaker, a phase difference detection unit, a storage unit, and a circuit breaker control unit. The phase difference detection unit detects a phase difference between voltages of a specific phase (U-phase) of buses to which three-phase generators are respectively connected, at a plurality of time points. Therefore, an exciting incoming current which flows into a three-phase transformer at a time of throwing a three-phase breaker provided with interpole capacitors can be suppressed.

    摘要: A control portion 80 for a breaker 10 causes the breaker 10 to apply a current of a first apply phase (R phase) at a timing where a residual flux of R phase agrees with a steady magnetic flux. Thereafter, the control portion 80 determines whether or not the current measured by current measuring portions 40R, 40S, 40T exceeds a threshold value. When the measured current does not exceed the threshold value, the control portion 80 causes the breaker 10 to apply currents of the other two phases (S and T phases) at a timing where a voltage of R phase becomes zero. When the measured current exceeds the threshold value, the control portion 80 causes the breaker 10 to once shut off the current of R phase and to apply again the current of R phase.

    摘要: A switchgear control apparatus includes a zero point interval detecting circuit, an interruption time judgment circuit and a reclosing time decision circuit. The zero point interval detecting circuit detects time intervals between successive zero points of a main circuit current. The interruption time judgment circuit judges that interruption time of the main circuit current is time of a zero point immediately preceding a zero point at which a difference between the time interval between two successive zero points and half the period of a commercial AC voltage exceeds a specific value. Upon detecting the gradient of the main circuit current at the interruption time, the reclosing time decision circuit sets reclosing time at a point in phase where the AC voltage has a maximum negative value if the gradient is positive, and at a point in phase where the AC voltage has a maximum positive value if the gradient is negative.
