摘要： A device for suturing tissue includes a handle and a suturing mechanism coupled to the handle and being configured to suture the tissue with a suture element. The device further includes a suture grasping mechanism coupled to the housing and being configured to move between an open position for receiving the suture element and a closed position for grasping and holding the suture element to permit manipulation of the suture elements, such as tying a knot.
