Abstract: An organic light emitting diode display includes: a plurality of pixels including a first pixel, a second pixel, and a third pixel connected to the plurality of scan lines and the plurality of data lines, wherein each pixel includes a switching transistor connected to a corresponding one of the scan lines and a corresponding one of the data lines, a driving transistor connected to the switching transistor, and an organic light emitting diode electrically connected to the driving transistor, and the driving range of the driving transistor of at least one pixel among the first pixel, the second pixel, and the third pixel is different from the driving range of the driving transistor of the remaining pixels.

Abstract: There is provided a flat panel display device and a method of manufacturing the same. A flexible and transparent material is coated on a supporting substrate to a small thickness so that film substrates are easily formed. Step differences are formed in the film substrates so that a distance between pads of the two film substrates is reduced. Since conductive balls with reduced diameters are used so that the pads may be electrically connected, the distance between pads is reduced so that it is possible to easily miniaturize a high resolution flat panel display device, to prevent electrical connection defect between the pads, and to reduce manufacturing expenses.
