Abstract: A display panel includes a base layer, pixels including transistors, each of the transistors includes a semiconductor pattern and a gate, and light emitting elements electrically connected to the transistors, data lines electrically connected to corresponding pixels, spaced apart from each other in a first direction, and extending in a second direction intersecting the first direction, bridge lines electrically connected to the data lines, and scan lines and sensing lines electrically connected to the pixels, spaced apart from each other in the second direction, and extending in the first direction. The bridge lines extend in the second direction and overlap the data lines in a plan view in an area in which the scan lines and the sensing lines intersect the data lines.

Abstract: A light emitting display device includes a substrate, a first conductive layer disposed on the substrate, a first insulating layer covering the first conductive layer, a semiconductor layer disposed on the first insulating layer, a second insulating layer disposed on the semiconductor layer, a second conductive layer disposed on the second insulating layer, and a data pad electrode disposed in an outer side of a display area. The first conductive layer is formed as a triple layer including a lower layer, an intermediate layer, and an upper layer.
