Abstract: A method for manufacturing a display device includes: forming a flexible substrate on a first side of a carrier substrate, forming a display element layer on the flexible substrate, sequentially irradiating a first laser beam and a second laser beam at a first time interval toward a second side of the carrier substrate opposite to the first side in a first area of the carrier substrate overlapping or adjacent to an edge part of the flexible substrate in a plan view, and sequentially irradiating the first laser beam and the second laser beam at a second time interval different from the first time interval in a second area of the carrier substrate where the display element layer is formed.
