Abstract: A display device includes a planarization layer disposed on a substrate, a first electrode disposed on the planarization layer and including silver (Ag), a contact preventing layer disposed on the first electrode, including a light absorbing material, and including a top surface and a side surface extending from an end of the top surface, and a pixel defining layer disposed on the contact preventing layer and including a bottom surface facing the top surface of the contact preventing layer, and a side surface extending from an end of the bottom surface. The first electrode includes a first region overlapping pixel defining layer. The contact preventing layer includes a second region overlapping the first region between the first electrode and the pixel defining layer. A first edge where the top and side surfaces of the contact preventing layer meet is located on the bottom surface of the pixel defining layer.

Abstract: An organic light emitting diode display device includes a substrate, a pixel structure, a lower blocking member, an upper blocking member, and a metal member. The substrate includes a display area and a peripheral area. The pixel structure is in the display area on the substrate. The lower blocking member is in the peripheral area on the substrate and surrounds the pixel structure, and includes a first side surface adjacent to the pixel structure, a second side surface, and a top surface. The upper blocking member is on the top surface and the second side surface of the lower blocking member, and constitutes a first blocking structure with the lower blocking member. The metal member is between the first blocking structure and the substrate while making contact with a bottom surface of the upper blocking member on the second side surface of the lower blocking member.

Abstract: A display device includes an insulating layer disposed on a substrate, a pixel electrode including a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer, and a third conductive layer sequentially stacked on the insulating layer, a pixel defining layer covering the pixel electrode and partially exposing the pixel electrode through an opening, an organic light emitting layer disposed in the opening of the pixel defining layer, and an opposing electrode disposed on the organic light emitting layer and overlapping the pixel electrode. A length of the first conductive layer is less than a length of the second conductive layer.
