摘要: There are provided a display device capable of detecting a defect of a scan driver. The display device includes pixels positioned in regions demarcated by scan lines and data lines, a scan driver including a plurality of stages connected to the scan lines, an inspection unit connected to the stages to detect whether the stages are defective, and including first transistors turned on when a control signal is supplied, and a timing controller supplying the control signal, wherein the timing controller detects a position of a defective stage by reducing a period during which the control signal is supplied.

摘要: A display device includes a substrate, pixels each including at least one transistor, a storage capacitor connected to the at least one transistor, and a light emitting element connected to the at least one transistor, scan lines connected to each of the pixels, a data line connected to each of the pixels, and a power line supplying a first power voltage to the light emitting element. The power line includes a first conductive pattern that extends in a first direction, and is provided on a first insulating interlayer, a second conductive pattern that extends in the first direction, is provided on a second insulating interlayer, and is connected to the first conductive pattern through a first contact hole, and a third conductive pattern that extends in a second direction, is provided on a third insulating interlayer, and is connected to the second conductive pattern through a second contact hole.

摘要: A display device may include: a first pixel including first and second sub-pixels coupled to first and second data lines; a data driver which supplies data signals to first and second output lines; and a switch unit which distributes the data signals to the first and the second data lines. The first and the second sub-pixels are line-symmetrical with each other. Each of the first and the second sub-pixels may include: an OLED; a first transistor which controls a driving current flowing from a first power supply to a second power supply via the OLED, in response to a voltage supplied to a node connected thereto; emission control transistors which are turned on when an emission control signal is supplied; and a reference transistor which couples a shielding layer overlapping a corresponding data line to the first power supply when the emission control signal is supplied thereto.

摘要: A display device includes sub-pixels in a display area and arranged along first to eighth columns; first to fourth wiring pads in a non-display area and arranged at one side of the display area; crack detection lines in the non-display area; first to fourth fan-out lines connecting the sub-pixels arranged along the first to eighth columns to the first to fourth wiring pads; and an inspection unit between the first to fourth wiring pads and the display area, the inspection unit being electrically connected to the crack detection lines and the first to fourth fan-out lines, the inspection unit to apply a test voltage to the first to fourth fan-out lines to inspect whether the first to fourth fan-out lines are shorted or open, and to apply the test voltage to the crack detection lines to inspect damage to the crack detection lines.
