摘要: A display device includes a display panel displaying an image. A light source unit provides light to the display panel. A cover member covers a portion of an upper surface of the display panel and a side surface of the display panel. The cover member exposes a display area of the display panel. A thermoelectric device is disposed between the cover member and the light source unit. The thermoelectric device contacts the cover member, and the thermoelectric device generates an electromotive force due to a difference in temperature between the light source unit and the cover member.

摘要: An organic light-emitting display apparatus implemented by using a plurality of organic light-emitting diodes on a substrate and including a first pixel and a second pixel respectively emitting light of different colors, includes: a pixel-defining layer including a first opening and a second opening, the first opening defining an emission area of the first pixel, and the second opening defining an emission area of the second pixel; a total reflective layer over the pixel-defining layer, the total reflective layer including a first upper opening corresponding to the first pixel and a second upper opening corresponding to the second pixel; and a planarization layer covering the total reflective layer and having a refractive index greater than a refractive index of the total reflective layer, wherein an area of the first upper opening is different from an area of the second upper opening.

摘要: A fingerprint sensing unit includes a substrate; a buffer layer disposed on the substrate; a thin film transistor disposed on the buffer layer; an insulating layer disposed on the buffer layer and that has an opening that exposes at least a portion of the buffer layer; and a sensing electrode disposed on the portion of the buffer layer that is exposed by the opening, where the sensing electrode is connected to the thin film transistor. A display device that includes the fingerprint sensing unit can reduce internal reflection of external light.
