    Abstract: An exemplary embodiment of the present inventive concept provides a liquid crystal display, including an upper panel, a lower panel, and a liquid crystal layer disposed between the upper panel and the lower panel, wherein the lower panel may include a lower substrate, a plurality of data lines disposed on the lower substrate, and a plurality of color filters disposed between adjacent data lines of the plurality of data lines, the color filters may include a first color filter, a second color filter, and a third color filter, the first color filter may include a lower layer and an upper layer, and the first color filter may be disposed on the second color filter and the third color filter.

    Abstract: A display device includes: a first substrate; a plurality of metal layers on the first substrate and separated from each other; a buffer layer on the metal layer; a semiconductor layer on the buffer layer; a gate conductive layer on the semiconductor layer; a data conductive layer connected to the semiconductor layer; and a light-emitting element connected to the data conductive layer, wherein the metal layer includes a first portion partially overlapping the semiconductor layer in a third direction perpendicular to the surface of the first substrate, a second portion where the metal layer completely overlaps the semiconductor layer in the third direction, and a third portion where the metal layer does not overlap the semiconductor layer in the third direction.

    Abstract: A liquid crystal display may include a substrate and a color filter set disposed on the substrate. The color filter may include a blue color filter. The blue color filter may include a blue pigment, a violet dye, and a violet absorbing pigment. The violet absorbing pigment may absorb light having a wavelength in a range of 410 nm to 450 nm. The blue color filter may have transmittance in a range of 20% to 30% with respect to light having a wavelength in a range of 425 nm to 435 nm.
