The power line includes a first conductive pattern that extends in a first direction, and is provided on a first insulating interlayer, a second conductive pattern that extends in the first direction, is provided on a second insulating interlayer, and is connected to the first conductive pattern through a first contact hole, and a third conductive pattern that extends in a second direction, is provided on a third insulating interlayer, and is connected to the second conductive pattern through a second contact hole.
