Abstract: A display device includes a display panel and a touch sensor on the display panel. The display panel includes: a base layer; a light emitting element having a first electrode on the base layer; a pixel defining layer including an opening region that exposes a portion of the first electrode of the light emitting element; and an encapsulation layer covering the light emitting element and the pixel defining layer. The touch sensor has: a first conductive pattern on the encapsulation layer; a color filter on the encapsulation layer to cover the first conductive pattern, the color filter including a first region including a lens part and overlaps the opening region of the pixel defining layer and a second region overlaps the pixel defining layer; a second conductive pattern on the second region of the color filter; and a black matrix on the second conductive pattern.

Abstract: A display device that includes a substrate and a bank layer disposed on the substrate. The bank layer defines an emission area and a non-emission area of a pixel. A spacer is disposed on a portion of the bank layer. A touch member is disposed above the spacer. At least one overcoat layer is disposed on the touch member. A dielectric constant of the at least one overcoat layer in a region overlapping the spacer in a thickness direction of the substrate is larger than a dielectric constant of the overcoat layer in a region that does not overlap the spacer in the thickness direction of the substrate.

Abstract: An organic light-emitting display device including: a substrate; a pixel electrode on the substrate; a pixel defining film on the pixel electrode and having a first opening at least partially exposing the pixel electrode; an organic light-emitting layer on the exposed portion of the pixel electrode; a common electrode on the organic light-emitting layer and the pixel defining film; an encapsulation layer on the common electrode; a black matrix on the encapsulation layer and having a second opening overlapping the first opening; and a plurality of first sensing lines on the black matrix and surrounding the pixel electrode in a plan view to define a pixel region. At least portions of the first sensing lines defining the pixel region do not overlap the common electrode in the pixel region to reduce the common electrode's influence on the touch sensing lines and improve touch sensitivity.
