    摘要: An organic light-emitting display device having reduced color dispersion effects includes a substrate, a first conductive line disposed on the substrate, a second conductive line disposed on the same layer as the first conductive line and insulated from the first conductive line and a pixel electrode disposed on the first and second conductive lines and overlapping the first and second conductive lines. A distance between the first conductive line and the second conductive line is about 0 to 10 μm.

    摘要: A display device includes a substrate including a display region and non-display region, and at least one pixel disposed in the display region. The at least one pixel includes an emission region that emits a light, a non-emission region that does not emit the light, a light emitting element disposed in the emission region, and a pixel circuit that drives the light emitting element. The display device further includes a passivation layer disposed between the pixel circuit and the light emitting element. The passivation layer covers the pixel circuit and includes a concave pattern disposed in the non-emission region. The display device further includes a power supply line disposed on the passivation layer in the non-emission region and connected to the light emitting element. The power supply line includes an uneven pattern corresponding to the concave pattern.

    摘要: An organic light-emitting display device including: a substrate; a pixel electrode on the substrate; a pixel defining film on the pixel electrode and having a first opening at least partially exposing the pixel electrode; an organic light-emitting layer on the exposed portion of the pixel electrode; a common electrode on the organic light-emitting layer and the pixel defining film; an encapsulation layer on the common electrode; a black matrix on the encapsulation layer and having a second opening overlapping the first opening; and a plurality of first sensing lines on the black matrix and surrounding the pixel electrode in a plan view to define a pixel region. At least portions of the first sensing lines defining the pixel region do not overlap the common electrode in the pixel region to reduce the common electrode's influence on the touch sensing lines and improve touch sensitivity.

    摘要: A display device may include: a substrate including an emission region and a non-emission region; at least one transistor disposed on the substrate; a display element layer including a light emitting element disposed to correspond to the emission region and a spacer disposed to correspond to the non-emission region; and a touch sensor disposed on the display element layer. The touch sensor may include a base layer including a sensing region and a non-sensing region, a plurality of touch electrodes provided in the sensing region, and an insulating pattern disposed to correspond to the spacer. The insulating pattern and the spacer may have the same thickness. Some of the touch electrodes may be disposed on the insulating pattern.
