摘要： A display device includes pixels configured to emit light of various intensity in accordance with driving signals, data lines, scan lines, and a power supply unit configured to supply at least one driving voltage to the pixels. At least one of the pixels may comprise a switching transistor having a first electrode connected to one of the data lines and a second electrode connected to a first node, and a gate electrode connected to one of the scan lines, a driving transistor connected between the power supply unit and an organic light emitting diode, a storage capacitor having a first terminal connected to the first node and a second terminal connected to a gate electrode of the driving transistor, and a first transistor connected between the first node and a first electrode of the driving transistor.

摘要： A display device includes: pixels to emit light of various intensity in accordance with driving signals; data lines to communicate the driving signals to the pixels; scan lines to communicate scan signals to select at least one of the pixels to receive the driving signal; and a power supply to supply at least one driving voltage to the pixels. The at least one pixel includes: a switching transistor including an oxide transistor, the switching transistor having a first electrode connected to the data line, a second electrode connected to a first node, and first and second gate electrodes, each of which is connected to one of the scan lines, and a driving transistor including a poly-silicon transistor, and the driving transistor being connected between the power supply and an organic light emitting diode.
