摘要: A display device includes pixels configured to emit light of various intensity in accordance with driving signals, data lines, scan lines, and a power supply unit configured to supply at least one driving voltage to the pixels. At least one of the pixels may comprise a switching transistor having a first electrode connected to one of the data lines and a second electrode connected to a first node, and a gate electrode connected to one of the scan lines, a driving transistor connected between the power supply unit and an organic light emitting diode, a storage capacitor having a first terminal connected to the first node and a second terminal connected to a gate electrode of the driving transistor, and a first transistor connected between the first node and a first electrode of the driving transistor.

A driving transistor generates a driving current, and includes a first terminal for a first power supply voltage, a second terminal connected to the first terminal of the organic light emitting diode, and a gate terminal for an initialization voltage. The first switching transistor includes a first terminal connected to a first node, a second terminal connected to the gate terminal of the driving transistor, and a gate terminal for a data initialization gate signal. The second switching transistor includes a first terminal for the initialization voltage, a second terminal connected to the first node, a first gate terminal for the data initialization gate signal, and a second gate terminal for a light emitting element initialization signal. The first terminal of the organic light emitting diode is connected to the first node.

摘要: A display device includes a data driver connected to j- and (j+1)-th data lines, a scan driver connected to i- and (i+1)-th scan lines, and a display panel including k- and (k+1)-th pixel units. The k-th pixel unit includes an i-th transistor with a gate electrode connected to the i-th scan line, a first electrode connected to the j-th data line, and a second electrode connected to an i-th pixel electrode. The (k+1)-th pixel unit includes an (i+1)-th transistor having a gate electrode connected to the (i+1)-th scan line, a first electrode connected to the j-th data line, and a second electrode connected to an (i+1)-th pixel electrode. The i- and (i+1)-th transistors are turned on at a same time, and a kickback voltage of the i-th transistor is less than a kickback voltage of the (i+1)-th transistor.

摘要: A display device includes a first active layer disposed on a substrate and including a source area, a resistance area, and a drain area spaced apart from the source area by the resistance area, a first gate electrode and a second gate electrode disposed on the first active layer and overlapping the first active layer, and a first power voltage electrode disposed on the first gate electrode and the second gate electrode and overlapping the resistance area in a cross-sectional view. In this case, the resistance area of the active layer and the first power voltage electrode may form a floating node capacitor. Accordingly, in a case that the first gate electrode and the second gate electrode form a dual gate transistor with the active layer, an instantaneous voltage increase may be suppressed and current leakage may be prevented.
