Abstract: A display device includes: a first light guide plate and a display panel disposed along a first direction; a second light guide plate between the first light guide plate and the display panel to be spaced apart from the first light guide plate; a light source at at least one of one side of the first light guide plate and one side of the second light guide plate; at least one first optical pattern on one of surfaces of the first light guide plate that face each other along the first direction; and at least one second optical pattern on one of surfaces of the second light guide plate that face each other along the first direction, wherein the first optical pattern and the second optical pattern do not overlap each other.

Abstract: A display device includes: first and second panels facing each other, each of which includes a display area and a non-display area; and a driving unit connected to the first panel. The first panel includes a first flexible layer on a first substrate and in the display and non-display areas; a thin film transistor on a portion of the first flexible layer in the display area, the thin film transistor including gate, source an drain electrodes and a semiconductor layer; a wiring unit on a portion of the first flexible layer in the non-display area; and a second flexible layer on the wiring unit in the non-display area, the second flexible layer in the non-display area being elongated to define a portion thereof extended further than a terminal edge of the first substrate. The wiring unit connects the driving circuit unit to the first panel.

Abstract: A display apparatus includes a display panel configured to display an image, a light guide member below the display panel, a light source adjacent to at least one surface of the light guide member, and an optical member between the light guide member and the display panel. The optical member includes a wavelength conversion layer configured to convert a wavelength band of incident light. A low refractive index layer between the wavelength conversion layer and the light guide member and including a plurality of pores, and an inorganic layer between the low refractive index layer and the wavelength conversion layer. A volume ratio occupied by the pores within the low refractive index layer increases as being closer to the light guide member.
