    Abstract: An electronic device includes a display layer having pixels and configured to operate in units of one frame including a blank period and a data input period, and a sensor layer disposed on the display layer, and configured to sense a first type input and a second type input different from the first type input, wherein the sensor layer may be driven to sense the first type input and the second type input in the blank period, and, in one frame, a number of times that the second type input is sensed may be greater than a number of times that the first type input is sensed.

    Abstract: A display device includes a base layer having a plurality of pixel regions and a non-pixel region surrounding the plurality of pixel regions, a circuit layer including a plurality of insulating layers and a plurality of conductive patterns, a light-emitting element layer, and an input sensing unit including a sensing pattern overlapping the non-pixel region. The light-emitting element layer includes a pixel defining structure overlapping the non-pixel region, and a plurality of light-emitting elements. The pixel defining structure includes a step pattern surrounding a portion of each of the plurality of pixel regions. The plurality of conductive patterns include a shielding pattern on the plurality of insulating layers and overlapping at the step pattern in a plan view, at least a portion of the shielding pattern being applied with voltage.

    Abstract: A display device includes: a substrate including a plurality of pixel areas and a non-pixel area at least partially surrounding each of the pixel areas; an element layer disposed on the substrate; a pixel defining film disposed on the element layer, wherein the pixel defining film includes first openings and a second opening, wherein the first openings overlap the plurality of pixel areas, and the second opening overlaps the non-pixel area and extends along the plurality of pixel areas; a plurality of light emitting elements disposed in the first openings; a sealing layer disposed on the element layer to cover the light emitting elements and the pixel defining film; and an input sensing part overlapping the second opening and disposed on the sealing layer.
