Abstract: A method of manufacturing a display device includes aligning light emitting elements in an emission area on a substrate, depositing an indium-tin alloy on an entire surface of the substrate at room temperature, heat-treating the indium-tin alloy to reflow along side surfaces of each of the light emitting elements, heat-treating the indium-tin alloy in an oxygen atmosphere to form indium tin oxide, and etching the indium tin oxide to form a first pixel electrode contacting first ends of at least a portion of the light emitting elements.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing a display device, the display device including: a substrate including a display area and a sub area at a side of the display area; a plurality of light emitting elements on the substrate in the display area; a first dam on the substrate and between the plurality of light emitting elements and the sub area; a bank structure on the substrate and in the sub area; and a first valley between the first dam and the bank structure, wherein the method includes: forming a first metal layer including a first metal in the first valley; forming a step compensator on the first metal layer in the first valley; forming a photoresist layer on the first metal layer and the step compensator; forming a photoresist pattern by patterning the photoresist layer; and forming a first electrode by patterning the first metal layer using the photoresist pattern.

Abstract: A display device includes a substrate including an emission area and a non-emission area; a thin film transistor layer positioned on the substrate; a touch buffer layer positioned on the thin film transistor layer; a connection electrode positioned on the touch buffer layer; a touch insulating layer positioned on the connection electrode; a first electrode positioned on the touch insulating layer, and overlapping the non-emission area; and a first touch sacrificial layer positioned between the touch insulating layer and the first electrode, wherein the first touch sacrificial layer does not overlap the emission area, and is positioned in an island shape while overlapping the non-emission area, and an inclination angle formed between the touch insulating layer and a side surface of the first touch sacrificial layer has an acute angle.
