摘要: A display device includes a substrate including a first area, a second area, and a bent area therebetween, an inner wiring disposed in the first area, an outer wiring disposed in the second area, an inter-insulating layer which covers the inner wiring and the outer wiring and in which an opening corresponding to the bent area is defined, a first organic insulating layer, where a portion thereof is located in the opening, a connection wiring disposed on the first organic insulating layer and connecting the inner wiring to the outer wiring, a conductive layer disposed between the inter-insulating layer and the first organic insulating layer and electrically connected to one of the inner wiring and the outer wiring, and an inorganic protective layer which covers the conductive layer and in which an opening corresponding to the bent area is defined.

摘要: Provided are an organic light-emitting display device and a method of manufacturing the same. The organic light-emitting display device includes a panel including a display unit on which an image is formed and a pad unit including a plurality of terminals connected to the display unit and arranged in a plurality of rows on a substrate, and a flexible circuit board including metal wirings arranged in a plurality of layers so as to be respectively connected in correspondence to the plurality of rows of terminals in the pad unit and being coupled to the pad unit, in which the pad unit includes a one-row terminal zone in which only terminals in a single row from among the plurality of rows of terminals electrically connect the metal wirings to the display unit.

摘要: Provided is a display device which includes a display panel that includes an active area and a peripheral area and an input sensing layer that includes a first conductive layer and a second conductive layer. The first conductive layer includes first trace lines and second trace lines. The second conductive layer includes first sensing electrodes and second sensing electrodes. The first trace lines extend in a second direction, are disposed apart from each other in a first direction, and are electrically connected to the first sensing electrodes, respectively. The second trace lines extend in the second direction, are disposed apart from each other in the first direction, and are electrically connected to the second sensing electrodes, respectively. The first conductive layer and the second conductive layer overlap the active area of the display panel.

摘要: A display apparatus including a display panel including a base substrate and a first pad electrode on a first pad portion of the base substrate, a flexible substrate connected to the first pad portion, and a driving chip electrically connected to the flexible substrate. The flexible substrate includes a first film layer, a first wiring layer on the first film layer and comprising a plurality of wirings, a second film layer on the first wiring layer, and a second wiring layer on the second film layer and comprising a plurality of wirings. The wirings of the second wiring layer include a first_first wiring and a first_second wiring, the first_first wiring and the first_second wiring extend in a same direction along a same line and are spaced from each other by a gap therebetween. The gap is at an edge of the base substrate in a plan view.
