    Abstract: An organic light emitting diode (OLED) display comprises a substrate, a semiconductor layer portion disposed over the substrate and comprising an active region, a source region, and a drain region, a first insulation layer disposed over the substrate, a gate electrode disposed over the first insulation layer and overlapping the active region, and a second insulation layer disposed over the first insulation layer. First and second insulation material pieces are disposed over the second insulation layer.
