Abstract: A display device includes: a substrate; an organic light-emitting diode positioned above the substrate; and a thin film encapsulation layer disposed on the organic light-emitting diode. The thin film encapsulation layer includes: at least one inorganic layer; and at least one organic layer disposed on the at least one inorganic layer. The at least one organic layer has a refractive index of about 1.66 or greater.
