摘要： An electronic device according to various embodiments may include: at least one communication processor configured to support at least one network communication, wherein the at least one communication processor is configured to: enter an inactive state based on detecting an RRC release message after establishing an RRC connection with a first cell and entering a connected state, identify that a service cannot be provided in the inactive state, perform a search until a timer started based on a reception of the RRC release message expires, and maintain the inactive state based on camping-on a selected cell based on a result of the search.

摘要： An electronic device is provided. Herein, a measurement on a remaining band except for the at least one first band among the plurality of bands may not be performed.

摘要： An electronic device may include a first subscriber identity module (SIM), a second SIM, a communication circuit, a memory, and a processor. According to an embodiment, the memory may store instructions that when executed, cause the processor to set the first SIM to a SIM associated with a data service, and the second SIM to a SIM irrelevant to the data service to determine first capability information associated with a function supported by the electronic device in connection with the first SIM, and second capability information associated with a function supported by the electronic device in connection with the second SIM. The instructions may also cause the processor to transmit the first and second capability information to the network, and to receive allocation of a resource for wireless communication corresponding to each of the first and second SIM from the network, based on the first and the second capability information.

摘要： An electronic device for providing a communication service, and an operating method thereof is provided. Herein, the electronic device may include a communication circuitry, at least one processor, and a memory operatively coupled with the at least one processor to store a Tracking Area Identifier (TAI) list. The memory may include instructions, when executed, causing the at least one processor to run a specified first timer upon detecting an attach failure or a Tracking Area Update (TAU) failure in a first cell, perform cell reselection on a second cell during the first timer runs, determine whether a TAI of the second cell is included in the TAI list, and when the TAI of the second cell is included in the TAI list, forcibly expire the first timer, and transmit an attach request message or a TAU message through the communication circuitry.

The electronic device includes at least one communication processor which receives data via a first cellular communication or a second cellular communication, and an application processor, wherein the at least one communication processor is configured to receive, from a master node corresponding to the first cellular communication, first partitioned data among partitioned data produced by partitioning the data, and receive second partitioned data from a secondary node corresponding to the second cellular communication, identify a first sequence number of the first partitioned data and a second sequence number of the second partitioned data, and induce a decrease in or a stop of transmission of pieces of partitioned data to the electronic device via a node which transmits partitioned data corresponding to a small sequence number.
