The processor outputs first content based on the first power and the second power, in a first operating mode, outputs second content based on the third power and the fourth power, in a second operating mode, and controls the third power to be higher than the first power, and the fourth power to be higher than the second power, when an operating mode is switched.

The display driver integrated circuit includes a receive interface that receives image data from a processor at a first frame rate, a memory that stores the image data received at the first frame rate, and a display timing controller that detects a variation of the image data stored in the memory, changes a frame rate for the image data, which is stored in the memory, based on the variation of the image data, and outputs the image data on the display at the changed frame rate.
