Abstract: An image signal processor includes a statistic data generating unit for receiving an image signal from an external device, an image processing unit for receiving the image signal, and a direct memory access (DMA) module connected to the statistic data generating unit and the image processing unit. The statistic data generating unit performs first image pre-processing on the image signal and generates first statistic data based on the image signal subjected to the first image pre-processing. The DMA module stores the first statistic data therein and provides the stored first statistic data to the image processing unit. The image processing unit performs second image pre-processing on the image signal and performs image processing on the image signal based on the first statistic data.

Abstract: An image signal processor that generates a display signal receives an input image signal having a first pedestal level from an image sensor, generates a first signal from the input image signal, the first signal including a second pedestal level, the second pedestal level being different from the first pedestal level and being determined in accordance with the first pedestal level and a processing gain of the image signal processor, generates a second signal having the second pedestal level by amplifying the first signal in accordance with the processing gain, generates a third signal having the second pedestal level by removing a noise signal from the second signal; and generates a fourth signal by subtracting the second pedestal level from the third signal.

Abstract: Various embodiments of the present invention relate to an electronic device capable of generating a virtual image by using a user input, and an operating method therefor. The electronic device according to various embodiments of the present invention comprises a communication module and a processor, wherein the processor can be set so as to: receive an input through the electronic device or an external device functionally connected through the communication module; check situation information related to the input, wherein the situation information includes time information and object information; search for at least one image, corresponding to the situation information, among one or more images stored in the electronic device or the external device; provide the found at least one image when the at least one image corresponding to the situation information is found; generating an image corresponding to situation information by using at least one other image, corresponding to a part of the situation information, among the one or more images, when the at least one image corresponding to the situation information is not found; and provide the generated image.
