摘要: A first terminal for providing a bundle to a second terminal in a wireless communication system, includes: a transceiver; and at least one processor configured to: obtain information about the bundle to be transmitted to the second terminal; based on bundle transfer configuration information including an indicator indicating whether the first terminal is able to transmit a bundle to another terminal, determine that the first terminal is able to transmit the bundle to the second terminal; generate a bundle transmission code including identification information of the bundle to be transmitted to the second terminal; transmit the generated bundle transmission code to the second terminal; and upload the bundle to be transmitted to the second terminal to a bundle management server.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a communication technique for converging IoT technology with a 5G communication system for supporting a higher data transmission rate beyond a 4G system, and a system therefor. A method and an apparatus for enabling inter-device profile movement using only two devices without separately carrying out identity verification or ID authentication verification are provided. The method includes receiving an input for moving a first profile installed in a first terminal, deleting the first profile on a first eUICC, generating, for data including first profile information, digital signature data of the first eUICC, and displaying data including the first profile information and the corresponding digital signature data as a QR code on a screen of the first terminal.

Collecting eSIM bundle information of the iSSP by the terminal; selecting an eSIM bundle to be used by referring to a condition designated by the terminal from among the collected eSIM bundles; if there is no bundle to be used or when it is determined that no eSIM bundle is used among existing eSIM bundles, generating an eSIM bundle by the terminal itself or providing an eSIM bundle via communication with the terminal and a server; and on the basis of eSIM bundle information, downloading and installing an eSIM profile package.
