Abstract: A user terminal apparatus is provided. The user terminal apparatus includes a display configured to include a main display area disposed on a front surface of the user terminal apparatus and a sub display area extending from a side of the main display area to be disposed in at least one area of a back surface of the user terminal apparatus, a processor electrically connected to the display, and a memory electrically connected to the processor. The memory stores instructions, which when executed by the processor, cause the processor to control to perform a first function of an application in response to a touch interaction being sensed on the main display area and a second function of the application in response to a touch interaction being sensed on the sub display area in response to the application being executed.
