Abstract: An audio output apparatus and a method for outputting audio are provided. The audio output apparatus includes a receiver which receives a multi-channel audio signal that includes channels; an amplifier which amplifies the received multi-channel audio signal for each channel; and an audio output which includes speakers that output the channels of the amplified multi-channel audio signal, respectively.
