Abstract: An apparatus for waterproofing a battery cover in a portable terminal is provided, in which a rear case includes an opening for accommodating a battery, a battery cover covers the rear case, and a waterproofing module is disposed between the rear case and the battery cover. The waterproofing module is disposed along an inner periphery of the opening, thus sealing a water infiltration path between the battery cover and the rear case.
