    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to technologies for sensor networks, a machine-to-machine (M2M) interface, machine-type communication (MTC), and an Internet of things (IoT). The present disclosure may be used in intelligent services (e.g., a smart home, a smart building, a smart city, a smart car, a connected car, health-care, digital education, a retail business, security and safety-related services, etc.). A service-oriented input and output method and apparatus for a smart control system are provided.
