摘要： A method for downloading a profile by a terminal and the terminal for performing the same are provided. The method includes acquiring information including an access token for transmitting a profile request to a profile server, transmitting a first message including the access token and a universal integrated circuit card (UICC) information of the terminal to the profile server, receiving a second message including a verification result from the profile server, and receiving a profile package corresponding to the access token from the profile server. Operator specific services are permitted and provided by allowing an unauthorized terminal to search for and access the such services, and includes notifying a terminal of information corresponding to “operator specific services” by allowing a base station to broadcast predetermined information, displaying information acquired by a terminal, matching information acquired by the terminal with information broadcast from a base station to arrange services, requesting access and notifying a terminal performs an access for “operator specific services” upon accessing a network, providing a menu for determining whether neighboring base stations are capable of “operator specific services” to a user of a terminal, and allowing the terminal to determine whether there is the base station broadcasting the information.

摘要： The present disclosure relates to a method and a device for installing a profile of an embedded universal integrated circuit boards (eUICC) and, more particularly, to a method and a device for remotely installing mobile communication subscriber information (profile) substituting for a universal integrated circuit boards (UICC), on a security module. In an aspect, a network device, acquires at least one of or more profiles encrypted with a first password key and one or more first password keys encrypted with a second password key; and when profile installation for the eUICC starts, transmits to, at least one eUICC, the one or more encrypted profiles and the one or more encrypted first password keys, wherein, prior to the transmission, each first password key is re-encrypted with a third password key for installation by the corresponding one or more eUICCs.

摘要： Methods and apparatuses for remotely installing Universal Integrated Circuit Card (UICC) information about various Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) are provided. One of the apparatuses being a terminal including an electronic card, a transceiver configured to transmit and receive a signal, and a controller configured to receive at least one profile from a profile management server, wherein each profile of the received at least one profile is to be installed in an electronic card of at least one device, to obtain at least one electronic card identifier of the at least one device, and to transmit, to the at least one device, the at least one profile corresponding to the obtained at least one electronic card identifier.
