A device and a method operative therein for sharing content with at least one second device. A messaging application is executed in which a contact list is displayed. A selection is detected, from among contacts displayed on the contact list, of only a portion of the contacts to receive shared content. Presence information is published to all of the contacts on the contact list. An indication of contents available for sharing is included in the presence information published to only the selected portion of the contacts. The device may be a control device in a local area network, and the shared content may be retrievable from a peripheral device controlled by the control device, where information on the peripheral device is included in the presence information.

A method of linking a function of a terminal includes recognizing a face included in a photo, determining whether there is phonebook information having a photo of a face matched with the recognized face, and generating a gallery-phonebook file. The matched phonebook information is linked with the recognized face. The phonebook information of the gallery-phonebook file is based on the phonebook file stored in the storage unit and a controller determines whether or not to update the phonebook file if a recording date of the phonebook information included in the gallery-phonebook file is older than generation date of the phonebook file stored in the storage unit.

Various embodiments of the disclosure disclose a method for manufacturing a micro Light Emitting Diode (LED) display. The disclosed manufacturing method may include coating a face of a substrate including a circuit portion with a first thickness of a polymer adhesive solution containing a plurality of metal particles, attaching an array of micro LED chips on the polymer adhesive solution, physically connecting a connection pad for each of the array of micro LED chips to the metal particles through heating and pressing the attached plurality of micro LED chips to descend through the polymer adhesive solution, and chemically bonding the metal particles to the connection pad and the circuit portion through heating and pressing so that the micro LED chips are electrically connected to the circuit portion. Various other embodiments are also possible.

The present disclosure relates to a method and an apparatus for grouping a plurality of personal electronic devices into one group and managing the plurality of personal electronic devices. According to various embodiments of the present disclosure, a method of registering personal electronic devices may include: obtaining an information code related to a second electronic device by a first electronic device; transmitting a registration request message including at least one among identification information on the first electronic device and information included in the obtained information code to a server by the first electronic device; and when the first electronic device has received a message including grouping information from the server, transmitting information related to the grouping information to the second electronic device and designating the first electronic device and the second electronic device as a group.
