Abstract: A system and a method are disclosed for implementing power saving protocols for devices in a wireless communication system. A method performed by an AP is provided, which includes transmitting, to a STA, a first message indicating a power save schedule of the AP; and transitioning, during a scheduled time window, from an awake state to a reduced power state, based on the power save schedule. The reduced power state is associated with a power state transition capability.

Abstract: A system and a method are disclosed for improving energy efficiency of an AP MLD utilizing TTLM. A method performed by an AP MLD is provided, which includes establishing, with a non-AP MLD, a first link between a first STA of the non-AP MLD and a first AP of the AP MLD and a second link between a second STA of the non-AP MLD and a second AP of the AP MLD, mapping a plurality of TIDs to the first link and the second link utilizing TTLM; identifying a first event triggering a reduced power operation mode on the second link; and modifying a number of the plurality of TIDs mapped to the second link utilizing the TTLM, in response to identifying the first event.

Abstract: A method for secure provisioning of a wireless communications channel includes a discovery phase and a provisioning phase, the discovery phase comprising: a first device: receiving a first local physical presence signal; a second device: receiving a second local physical presence signal; generating an asymmetric public-private key pair including a public key and a private key; scanning a plurality of channels by transmitting a request to be provisioned signal including the generated public key to receive a ready to provision signal; if the ready to provision signal was received over exactly one of the scanned plurality of channels, identifying the exactly one channel as the channel; the first device: receiving the request to be provisioned signal at least once; if the request to be provisioned signal was received with exactly one public key, proceeding to the provisioning phase; the provisioning phase comprising: one of the second device or the first device: allocating a secure link with the other of the second device or the first device based on the public key; the other of the second device or the first device: allocating the secure link from the one of the second device or the first device based on the public key; and provisioning the one of the second device or the first device.
