Abstract: An electronic device is disclosed. The electronic device comprises: a communication unit connected to a network; and a processor for searching for, through the communication unit, a robot, which can perform an operation required for a service, among robots for providing different services, and providing the service by controlling an operation of the searched-for robot, when the service is requested from one of other electronic devices connected through the network.
