Abstract: An electronic device includes a housing and a camera module in the housing. The camera module includes a camera housing, a lens assembly disposed in the camera housing, an image sensor disposed in the camera housing and at least partially aligned with an optical axis of the lens, a metal plate including a first area that overlaps the image sensor when viewed in a direction of the optical axis and a second area around the first area, and a circuit board at least partially attached to the metal plate and electrically connected with the image sensor. A slit that penetrates the metal plate or a recess concavely defined in a surface of the metal plate is defined in the second area of the metal plate.

Abstract: A camera module includes: a printed circuit board having a conductive pad exposed on one surface of the printed circuit board, an image sensor disposed on the printed circuit board, a conductive plate disposed between the printed circuit board and the image sensor and electrically connected to the conductive pad, an actuator disposed above the image sensor and configured to adjust a position of a lens assembly, and a shield can surrounding the actuator and electrically connected to the conductive plate. The conductive plate is configured to emit heat generated from the image sensor to the outside of the camera module by contact with the image sensor.

In the optical lens assembly for an electronic apparatus, which is worn by a user to see an image generated from a display, the optical lens assembly includes at least one negative lens and at least one positive lens arranged along an optical axis of the image, and a flat semi-transparent mirror reflecting image light generated from the display and transmitting external real image light, in which each of the at least one negative lens and the at least one positive lens is a rotationally symmetric lens with respect to the optical axis.
