Abstract: According to various embodiments disclosed herein, an electronic device comprises: a wireless communication circuit; an antenna; a matching circuit; and a processor. The matching circuit includes: a first switching circuit; a second switching circuit; a first inductor; a second inductor; a third inductor; a plurality of capacitors. The processor may be configured so as to be able to: apply the wireless signal to at least one of the plurality of capacitors; control to turn on or off the plurality of switching elements of the first switching circuit and the plurality of switching elements of the second switching circuit; and operate the matching circuit as a serial variable capacitor and a parallel variable capacitor.

Abstract: An electronic device according to an embodiment may include an antenna radiator, a conductive member, a wireless communication circuit configured to feed power to a first point of the conductive member and a second point spaced apart from the first point, and a ground electrically connected to a third point between the first point and the second point of the conductive member, at least a portion of one region of the conductive member including the third point may overlap the antenna radiator, and the wireless communication circuit may be configured to transmit and/or receive a signal of a first frequency band based on a first electrical path formed by feeding power to the first point of the conductive member; and transmit and/or receive the signal of the first frequency band based on a second electrical path formed by feeding power to the second point of the conductive member.

The electronic device includes a housing including a first plate facing a first direction, a second plate facing a second direction opposite to the first direction, and a side member formed facing a third direction so as to surround a space between the first plate and the second plate, a gap region formed by spacing apart or segmenting at least a portion of the housing, a printed circuit board (PCB) disposed inside the housing, an antenna structure including a power feeding portion and a grounding portion, at least a portion of the antenna structure being electrically connected to the PCB, and a radiating element electrically connected to the power feeding portion or the grounding portion, the radiating element being positioned such that at least a portion of the radiating element overlaps the gap region when the electronic device is viewed in the first direction, the second direction, or the third direction.

Abstract: An electronic device includes a side surface member, a wireless communication circuit, and a switch circuit. The side surface member includes a first conductive portion coupled to the wireless communication circuit and the switch circuit, a second conductive portion coupled to the switch circuit, and a first non-conductive portion disposed between the first conductive portion and the second conductive portion. The switch circuit is controlled to be in at least one of a first state, a second state, and a third state, based on a first frequency of a first operating signal supplied by the wireless communication circuit. The switch circuit is configured to couple the second conductive portion to the wireless communication circuit, in the first state, and to couple the second conductive portion to the first conductive portion, in the second state.
