A display module may include a plurality of pixels, wherein each of the plurality of pixels includes a plurality of subpixels of different colors that are disposed in a matrix form. Each of the plurality of subpixels includes an inorganic light emitting element, a constant current generator which provides a constant current to the inorganic light emitting element, and a pulse width modulation (PWM) circuit which includes a first depletion mode driving transistor, and controls a time during which the constant current flows through the inorganic light emitting element based on a PWM data voltage applied to a gate terminal of the first depletion mode driving transistor and a threshold voltage of the first depletion mode driving transistor.

An apparatus and a method for detecting a black area of dynamic image content in an electronic device are provided. The electronic device may include a housing, a display device exposed through a portion of the housing, a recess disposed inside the housing and extending along a length of the housing, an electronic pen insertable into the recess and removable therefrom, at least one processor located inside the housing and operatively connected to the display device, and a memory operatively connected to the at least one processor. The memory stores instructions that, when executed, cause the at least one processor to identify whether the electronic pen is removed from the recess in a low-power mode, receive information related to the electronic pen when the electronic pen is removed from the recess, and execute an application, based on at least a portion of the information related to the electronic pen.

A clipboard function control method and apparatus of an electronic device is provided for copying at least one object into a clipboard and pasting the at least one copied object selectively according to a user input. The method includes detecting a user gesture on a page, checking a number of touch points of the user gesture, processing an object in association with the number of touch points of the user gesture, where the processing of the object is one of storing the object in association with the number of touch points as clipped data and pasting the clipped data identified with the number of touch points.

The disclosed electronic device comprises: a touch screen display structure; a first wireless communication circuit; a second wireless communication circuit; a stylus pen including at least one button which can be pressed or touched; a processor operationally connected to the touch screen display structure and the first wireless communication circuit; and a memory operationally connected to the processor. A first application program including a first user interface, and a second application program including a second user interface are stored in the memory. The memory has instructions stored therein which are configured to cause, when executed, the processor to: execute the first application program and second application program when a user input is received; display at least one of the first user interface and second user interface by means of the touch screen display structure; receive a first signal, which is generated by the press or touch of the button for a first time period, from the stylus pen through the first wireless communication circuit; select one from the first application program and second application program on the basis of the first signal; change at least part of information displayed on the screen, at least partly on the basis of the selection; receive a second signal, which is generated by the press or touch of the button for a second time period different from the first time period, from the stylus pen through the first wireless communication circuit; and at least partly on the basis of the selection, perform a function of the first application program or a function of the second application program in response to the second signal. The display module includes a display panel including an inorganic light emitting device, a sweep electrode connected to at least one input pin, and a pulse width modulation (PWM) pixel circuit, and a driving unit configured to provide a sweep signal to the sweep electrode through the at least one input pin, in which the PWM pixel circuit includes a driving transistor, and provides a driving current having a pulse width corresponding to a data voltage to the inorganic light emitting device by changing a voltage of a gate terminal of the driving transistor according to the sweep signal applied through the sweep electrode, and a number of the at least one input pin varies depending on a size of the display panel.
