Abstract: Embodiments herein disclose a method for recommending an image capture mode by an electronic device. The method includes identifying, by the electronic device, at least one ROI displayed in a camera preview of the electronic device for capturing an image in a non-ultra-wide image capture mode. Further, the method includes determining, by the electronic device, that the at least one ROI is suitable to capture in an ultra-wide image capture mode. Further, the method includes providing, by the electronic device, at least one recommendation to switch to the ultra-wide image capture mode from the non-ultra-wide image capture mode for capturing the image.

The method includes: receiving, by an electronic device, image frames; determining, by the electronic device, a candid score of each image frame in the image frames using a Machine Learning (ML) model, wherein the candid score is a quantitative value of candidness present in the image frames; determining, by the electronic device, whether the candid score of the image frame in the image frames meets a threshold candid score; identifying, by the electronic device, that the candid moment is present in the image frame in response to determining that the candid score of the image frame meets the threshold candid score; and displaying, by the electronic device, the image frame comprising the candid moment.

Abstract: The present subject matter refers a virtual object positioning method in an augmented reality (AR) or virtual reality (VR) environment. The method comprises receiving a virtual object for positioning relative to one or more objects in an AR or VR scene. During the positioning, a relative position of the virtual object is detected relative to the one or more objects in the AR or VR scene and a position due to the relative movement is detected. An occurrence of change in a physical characteristic of the virtual object is predicted based on the virtual object crossing a boundary with respect to the one or more objects. It is determined that the virtual object is likely to cross the boundary during the positioning. Upon the determination, a prior alert is generated.
