A semiconductor device may be manufactured based on patterning groups to include a metal layer patterned according to separate patterning groups. The patterning groups may be based on a layout pattern. Preparing the layout pattern may include selecting first and second power patterns, selecting first and second patterns therebetween, and selecting a tie-connection pattern to connect the first power pattern to the first pattern. The manufacturing may include forming metal lines according to the patterning groups. Photomasks may be manufactured according to the layout pattern, and the metal lines may be formed according to the photomasks. A first photomask may be manufactured based on the first and second power patterns, the first pattern, and the tie-connection pattern, and a second photomask may be manufactured based on the second pattern.

Disclosed is an electronic device including: a communication circuit; and a processor operationally connected to the communication circuit, where the processor is configured to use the communication circuit to merge a first transmission signal of a first communication scheme corresponding to a first band that is one of transmission bands of the first communication scheme and a second transmission signal of a second communication scheme corresponding to a second band that is one of the transmission bands, amplify the merged first transmission signal and second transmission signal using a power amplifier, transmit the amplified first transmission signal to a first external electronic device communicating in the first communication scheme, and transmit the amplified second transmission signal to a second external electronic device communicating in the second communication scheme. Other various embodiments are possible.

An electronic device according to one embodiment of the present disclosure may include a plurality of antennas for transmitting and receiving radio waves, at least one sensor for sensing a physical quantity or physical changes, a sensor hub for outputting a control signal in response to an output from the at least one sensor, and a communication module for controlling wireless communication using the plurality of antennas in response to the control signal. Various other exemplary embodiments are possible.
