Abstract: The present disclosure relates to method and a system for monitoring application services in network. The system comprises ASM client and ASM server. The ASM client is configured in UE to monitor parameters related to applications in UE. The ASM server monitors VAL server based on parameters associated with VAL server. The ASM server obtain status information of VAL server by performing either pull procedure, push procedure, and subscribe-notify procedure. Further, the ASM server provides the status information to one or more entities for performing one or more actions. Thus, the present disclosure facilitates the system to monitor the application services and indicate one or more entities to perform corrective actions to provide seamless and uninterrupted services to users.

Abstract: Embodiments of disclosure relate to a method and an electronic device for identifying aggressor nodes in communication network. The method comprises receiving data related to a plurality of nodes of the communication network, from a network management entity, wherein the data comprises information on aggressor nodes and one or more victim nodes associated with the aggressor nodes; predicting an interference pattern indicating an interference caused by each of the aggressor nodes on the one or more victim nodes for at least one of a plurality of time instances, using a trained estimation model; and identifying at least one aggressor node having a possibility to interfere with the one or more victim nodes during the at least one of the plurality of time instances based on the interference pattern.

Abstract: The embodiments herein provide a method for reducing KPI data. The disclosed technique is used to reduce insignificant KPI data generated by network entities (NEs) such as Radio Access Network (RAN) or element management system (EMS)/network management system (NMS). Further, the method includes determining a threshold value for each KPI data to determine significance of the KPI data and uses the threshold value to reduce the KPI data in a file. Further, the method includes utilizing a network bandwidth (e.g., control plane traffic load) and a storage space in the EMS/operations support system (OSS) efficiently and helps operators of the EMS/OSS to identify a network KPI deterioration in near real time.
