    摘要： An LCD with an integrated touch screen panel includes a first substrate having a plurality of pixels formed thereon, wherein each pixel of the plurality of pixels is provided with a thin film transistor and a pixel electrode. A second substrate faces the first substrate and has a plurality of common electrodes formed inside thereof. The plurality of common electrodes is arranged in a first direction to correspond to the plurality of pixels. A plurality of sensing electrodes is outside of the second substrate and arranged in a second direction intersecting the first direction. A liquid crystal layer is between the first and the second substrates. A common electrode driver sequentially supplies a driving signal to the common electrodes and supplies a compensation signal having a phase opposite to the driving signal to the common electrodes.

    摘要： A touch screen panel integrated liquid crystal display device in which a mutual capacitive touch screen panel is integrated with a liquid crystal display panel is provided. The device includes a first substrate, a plurality of pixels on the first substrate and including respective pixel electrodes, a second substrate facing the first substrate, a common electrode on a first surface of the second substrate facing the pixel electrodes, a plurality of sensor electrodes on a second surface of the second substrate and including a plurality of transparent pairs extending in a first direction and having a plurality of protrusions extending in a second direction crossing the first direction, and a liquid crystal layer between the substrates, wherein the device senses a touch position by detecting a change of capacitance applied to the sensor electrodes corresponding to an alternating current common voltage applied to the common electrode.
