摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide a document data identity verifying technology which is capable of easily manage identity of data in a file generated from the original data. An apparatus includes: an I/O unit 15 which receives document data in a first format from a creation source of the document data and receives the document data in the first format from the reception source of the document data or the document data converted into another format; a format management unit 100 which converts the received document data in the first format into another format according to a preset conversion definition; an irreversible cipher management unit 105 which generates an irreversible cipher on the received document data; and an irreversible cipher verification unit 110 which verifies the irreversible cipher generated based on the document data in the first format received from the creation source or the document data converted into another format by the format management unit 100 and an irreversible cipher generated based on the document data received from the reception source; wherein identity of the document data received from the creation source and the document data received from the reception source is validated according to the verification results.

摘要： A system for checking disclosure of information on a network, the system includes: a storage device which stores a record including a public location of the information on the network, disclosure start time and disclosure termination time of the information on the network, and disclosed contents of the information on the network; a communication control unit connected to the network, which receives a message including the public location of the pertinent information from the network when the information has been altered; and a processing device which makes access to the public location of the information on the network based on the public location included in the message when the communication control unit has received the message. The communication control unit receives disclosed contents of the pertinent information from the network after altered in accordance with the access by the processing device. And the processing device stores altered time of the pertinent information in a record for the pertinent information before altered in the storage device as disclosure termination time of the pertinent information before altered, and stores altered time of the pertinent information in a record for the information after altered in the storage device as disclosure start time of the pertinent information after altered along with disclosed contents of the information after altered.

摘要： In a signature generating method where not necessarily all of a plurality of signature generating devices work together each time to generate signatures, the present invention seeks to correctly and securely reflect data relating to previous signatures. When generating signatures, the data used for the next signature is sent beforehand to the other signature generating devices. Also, when generating signatures, at least one of the devices is used consecutively, thus allowing history data to be shared during signature generation.
