摘要: The present invention relates to a refillable keg assembly for use in dispensing beverages, in particular beer. The keg assembly comprises an outer shell, and a collapsible container for holding the beverage, positionable within the outer shell. A sealed cavity is defined between the outer shell and the collapsible container. A beverage outlet from the collapsible container enables beer to be dispensed from the keg assembly, and a gas valve allows gas to enter the cavity. The pressure in the container is maintained above atmospheric pressure, and when dispensing the beverage, pressure in the cavity collapses the collapsible container and forces the beverage out through the beverage outlet. A gas compressor is connected to the gas valve, and is activated by a pressure switch to maintain the pressure within the cavity. To refill the keg assembly, the collapsible container can be replaced, and a new collapsible container filled while within the outer shell.

摘要: An axial rolling bearing (1) including a cage (6) which contains rolling bodies (7) and which is arranged between two running disks (2, 3) is provided, wherein the running disks (2, 3) have in each case one radial section (4, 5) which forms a raceway and in each case one axially aligned radially outer rim (8, 9) which adjoins the radial section (4, 5), which rim (8, 9) and radial section (4, 5) overlap in the axial direction. The radially outer running disk (3) has a larger diameter than the radially inner running disk (2), and at least the radially inner running disk (2) has a radially inner axially extending rim which adjoins the radial section (4) which forms the raceway. In order to be able to adjust the throughflow quantity of lubricant through the axial rolling bearing in a targeted fashion, it is provided that the radially inner rim (10) of the inner running disk (2) extends axially outward and is elongated so as to form a flange (11). The cage (6) has a radially outer section (12) which is supported against the radially outer rim (8) of the radially inner running disk (2), and the cage (6) has a radially inner section (13) which is angled so as to form an axially outwardly aligned rim (14). The flange (11) of the radially inner running disk (2) and the rim (14) of the cage (6) are formed to have the same axial direction in order to form a labyrinth seal.

摘要: A hybrid tablet and method are provided. The tablet may have an inner core and an outer layer. The outer layer includes a first agent, the outer layer having a first dissolution rate. The inner core includes a second agent, the inner core having a second dissolution rate different from the first dissolution rate. The method includes forming the core having a second agent and forming the outer layer having a first agent. The core is formulated for timed-release of the second agent. The outer layer is formulated to elicit a salivary response in a mouth. The hybrid tablet is formed by applying the outer layer to the core.

摘要: A drill sharpener is provided which has a point-splitting port which simplifies the procedure for producing a split point on a drill bit undergoing sharpening. The point-splitting port is positioned relative to a grinding wheel assembly such that, when the drill held by a chuck is advanced toward the grinding wheel, a flute of the drill at the drill tip is brought into contact with the grinding wheel. The port has alignment stops therein which mate with flats provided on the barrel of the chuck to ensure proper alignment of the chuck and drill relative to the grinding wheel. The stops also limit the extent of inward travel of the chuck and drill to a predetermined distance. A debris or grit collection tube is also provided to be inserted into an unused port of the drill sharpener, to contain and confine any debris or grit attempting to exit the sharpener through the unused port.

摘要: A system for improving the operation of a GPS based navigator. Statistical and/or time of day information is used to select the best route between a current location and a desired location. The statistical information may take into account anomalies, and a user can select the amount of risk they which take. The system can be updated with more updated information. In addition, the selection of the desired location can be carried out by downloading information from a PDA.
