    摘要： A child carrier for use as a two-wheeled stroller and as a child-supporting backpack comprising a frame formed of an upper handle component in an inverted U-shaped configuration and a lower component formed of two downwardly extending legs and a cross-piece coupling the legs at their lower ends with a bracket at the lower ends of the handle and the upper ends of the legs for coupling therebetween. A fabric seat for a child has a rear face coupled to the bracket. An upwardly extending back and a pair of vertical straps form a front. A forwardly-extending U-shaped restraint is positioned in front of a child and secured at its inboard ends to the bracket supporting the upper edge of the seat. A pair of wheels are rotatably secured to the lower end of the legs and a disk with a plurality of radial recesses rotatably secured with respect to the bracket and an associated rod axially reciprocable through the bracket with a spring resiliently urging the rod in a direction into one of the recesses and adapted to be pulled by a user to allow rotation of the upper handle.

    摘要： An electronic device support having a surface upon which electronic devices rest, such as a shelf, and one or more power sockets into which the power cord for the device is plugged. A first embodiment has a shelf, a rear panel and a moveable façade covering over a power strip. A second embodiment has a shelf, a body with a pair of power sockets and a pair of ears on opposite ends that cords can be wrapped around. The ears are removable and have a female, non-powered socket therein. A third embodiment has a deck shelf and a base with a power strip mounted therebetween. Apertures in the deck permit cords and other items to be inserted therethrough, and a groove on the deck prevents rolling of items. A fourth embodiment has a tower body with a plurality of moveable shelves, a plurality of electrical sockets and channels for hiding cords.

    摘要： A head cover for a golf club that is relatively simple use is provided. The head cover includes a cover body formed essentially of flexible, nonrigid material and a magnetic fastener. More particularly, the cover body defines an inner compartment for receiving at least the head of the golf club having an adjustable opening sized to provide easy access thereto. The magnetic fastener is disposed about the opening to at least partially shut the opening, thereby maintaining the head cover on the club head, once installed. As the fastener is operable via magnetic force, engagement and disengagement of the fastener is achieved without undue manipulation, thereby promoting frequent use of the head cover.
