    摘要: The invention relates to an electroluminescence display device having an anode electrode with a transparent electrode pattern on a substrate and an organic light-emitting layer on the anode electrode, and a barcode making method and apparatus for the electroluminescence display device. A cathode electrode is formed on the organic light-emitting layer of the electroluminescence device. A packaging plate, which may be glass, plastic, or a canister, is formed to protect the organic light-emitting layer. The packaging plate may include a first horizontal surface on which a sealant is applied, a second horizontal surface having a designated step height from the first horizontal surface, and a third horizontal surface having a designated step height from the second horizontal surface.

The encapsulation cap protecting each of elements in a device formed on a substrate from outside comprises a sealant surface adhering to the substrate and a holding part holding each of elements of the device, wherein a concave part is formed on the sealant surface along an edge that the sealing surface and the holding part meet. The encapsulation cap, the organic electroluminescent device having the same, and the manufacturing method thereof according to the present invention can prevent overflowing of a sealant because of the structure capable of holding extra-sealant applied to the sealing surface.

    摘要: The method for bonding a glass cap according to the present invention comprises the steps of, forming a plurality of recesses on a side of a glass corresponding to a substrate; forming a plurality of light non-transmittable layers on a surface of the glass opposite to a surface corresponding to the substrate; dispensing a sealant on a substrate-bonding region of the glass or on a cap-bonding region of the substrate; bonding the glass to the substrate in the state that each active area formed on the substrate is received in each recess of the glass; curing the sealant dispensed on the sealing-dispensing region by irradiating ultraviolet rays to a side of the glass to which the substrate is not bonded; and dicing the bonded glass and substrate to make the individual devices. The present invention intercepts the ultraviolet rays irradiated to the active areas of the substrate to protect the active areas, and so can cure completely the sealant dispensed on the metal lines.
