摘要： Provided is a load-distributing assembly that is convertible into a raincoat or a bag. The load-distributing assembly includes: a raincoat part having a first side and a second side, which become the first side and the second side of a bag, respectively, and a raincoat body connected to inner sides of the first side and the second side and folded between the first side and the second side to be unfolded, if necessary; and a load-distributing part formed at both sides of a front of the raincoat body and connected to first edges of the first side and the second side to distribute load of articles in the first side and the second side that become carrying parts on the front of the raincoat body when unfolded.
